DEWR halves development time of Job Network 3 using Process Mentor

The introduction of the Federal Government's Job Network 3 in July 2003 meant fundamental and radical changes had to be made to the existing technology infrastructure at DEWR. With a twelve-month lead-time, DEWR's traditional approach to software development would not have been able to deliver the quantum changes required. The adoption of Process Mentor as the implementation methodology meant that DEWR was able to manage and deliver Job Network 3 on schedule, effectively halving the traditional development timeframe.
