Dr. Julian Edwards is responsible for all operational and strategic aspects of Object Consulting’s core services and training businesses and oversees the company’s technical direction.

Since joining Object in 1992, he has consulted to some of Australia’s largest companies on component and object-oriented software processes. Prior to his appointment as COO, Julian had held the positions of National Delivery Manager, National Consulting Manager and Principal Consultant. He is also the Chief Architect of Process Mentor, Object Consulting’s world-class component-based software development process.

Julian has lectured at universities, spoken at conferences, and run numerous training courses. He has published numerous research papers and magazine articles and is the co-author of The Working Object (Prentice Hall, 1994).
