Gil Thew has responsibility for new business development - including geographical expansion, commercial development of new solutions and partner relations. Joining Object Consulting in 2008, he has a wealth of experience in business development and strategic marketing, a network of significant contacts in the industry, as well as substantial insight into company strategy. Most recently he founded Wolken Management Services, a consultancy of ex-CEOs who focus on improving sales, marketing and business disciplines in the ICT industry.

Previously he was Asia-Pacific VP of DA Consulting Group, specialising in change management services for large SAP and PeopleSoft implementations. He was also CEO of SunSoft Pacific, the software arm of Sun Microsystems.

Prior to that he was CEO of Wyse Technology, Director of Marketing at Wang Australia, and CEO of Logical Solutions, Australia’s largest Apple reseller.
