Professional Services Manager, Southern Region

A specialist in software metrics, software process and product development, Dr. Tim Hastings manages the 130 professional services staff who deliver services to Object Consulting’s clients in VIC and SA.

Tim, who has more than 20 years of senior management and software development experience, is an international expert in early life-cycle software estimation and has several publications in this field. He has presented at numerous conferences, authored a number of papers, and written and delivered a range of training courses.

Tim first worked with Object from 1996 to 1999 and returned in 2004 as Principal Consultant, managing several large e-commerce projects for Telstra based on the WebSphere, J2EE, EJB and SunOne technologies.
