Extraordinary’ contributions rewarded by Microsoft

SYDNEY, 31 March, 2009 – Object Consulting, a specialist Australian consultant and developer of enterprise software solutions, is delighted to announce that its Practice and Productivity Manager, Kevin Francis, has been awarded Microsoft® Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for the fifth consecutive year.  The most recent MVP Award acknowledges Kevin’s ongoing contribution to global best practice in solutions architecture. Kevin is currently the only Solutions Architect MVP in Australia.

Kevin Francis has over 23 years experience in IT and has consulted to many of Australia’s leading organisations and has lead the architecture for a number of very large projects. His strengths include SOA, IT strategies, Enterprise Architecture, BI/DW and technologies such as J2EE and the Microsoft product stack, including .NET. Kevin and the other Architecture MVP’s work with Microsoft to map the future of Microsoft software and the Microsoft architecture community.
