Object puts customers in the driver's seat

SYDNEY, 29 May, 2009 – Enterprise applications company Object Consulting today announces that it has completed a major, customer-focused remodelling of its practice areas. The new Practice structure, Practices@Object 2.0, is designed to position Object's 250 staff to deliver solutions for changing enterprise business challenges. 

Kevin Francis, Object's National Productivity and Practices Manager will now direct Object's consultants in Core Practices (including architecture, design and development, testing, project management and business analysis), Innovation Practices (including in technologies such as Java and Microsoft, as well as in corporate mandates such as Cloud, Sustainability and Capability Improvement) and Industry Practices (covering solution sets for Government, FSI, media and communications, retail and healthcare).

Mr Francis, a 20+ year IT industry veteran, joined Object Consulting in 2008 to spearhead the new practice structure.  His expertise includes IT consultancy, architecture, project development and management and software development, especially in the areas of SOA and enterprise architecture.

He comments that the new model for the concept of practices within Object Consulting reflects the company's commitment to delivering substantive value by solving business problems through our investments in solutions and our own IP as well as our continued commitment to developing the best consultants.
